About Us

Yarragon Bowling Club is a friendly, country lawn bowls club that welcomes visiting players and new members. Run by volunteer members, we have a single, turf green, with ample off-road car parking and great clubroom facilities, including a licensed bar. Currently we have approximately 35-40 members.

All our members are invited and encouraged to participate in the weekly Pennant competition overseen by the Strzelecki Region held on Tuesday morning and Saturday afternoon. Free coaching is available for all members.

Members, social members and visitors enjoy our fortnightly (first and third Thursday, during daylight savings) early evening game of bowls, followed by a two-course cooked meal and raffles.

During the season we offer practice games every week on Wednesday from 10am.
